Water Damage Can Destroy Your Chimney

The most common problem with masonry chimneys is water penetration. Chimneys are highly exposed to the elements and, if left unprotected, are susceptible to structural deterioration and discoloration. We use a top-of-the-line breathable waterproofing substance which is sprayed on the exterior of the chimney to seal the masonry and stop leaks. Our water repellent product penetrates and lines masonry pores to reduce water absorption and protect it from destructive water penetration. This means water vapors escape from the masonry, preventing all types of water damage including deterioration, freeze-thaw damage, spalling, scaling, staining, loss of insulation value, structural failure, and the need for expensive masonry reconstruction. Our water repellent product carries a 10 year manufacturer warranty.
